Booking Policy
Following agreement of your reservation you will receive an e-mail from us with a request for a 50% nonrefundable deposit of the basic package. This needs to be transferred within 24 hours that so we can secure your booking in our diary. Once secured you will receive a confirmation email – that's it. The balance due will be required by Bank transfer within 10 days of your arrival and once received we will send an acknowledgment e-mail with directions to us.
For bookings made within 10 days of arrival, we kindly request full payment in advance.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations are typically nonrefundable; however, we will make every effort to offer you an alternative date if your cancellation is requested within 48 hours of your booking.
Annual Membership
One year’s membership is available at a cost of £200. This membership provides regular visitors with a £50 monetary discount applicable to overnight stays and bookings exceeding 3 hours in duration, making it an excellent choice for those planning regular visits.
